Your Spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! We require a credit card number to hold your appointment. Please extend the courtesy of notifying us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Major credit cards, checks, cash and Mediterranean Spa Gift Cards are accepted.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we may acquaint you with our facility and to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service. Late arrivals will result in lost treatment time. As a courtesy to all our guests, all treatments will end at the scheduled time.
Robes and slippers will be provided, as well as lockers for all of your personal possessions. As we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing valuables to the spa.
Our mission is to provide an environment where silence and soft conversation reign. Please be sure to turn off your cell phone so that your relaxation, and that of others, is not disturbed.
Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have such as: pregnancy, allergies,recent surgeries, physical ailments or medical concerns as well as any medications you may be taking, by filling out our guest card.
